Mug received wasn’t as expected background casted a shade over the white cat and the background didn’t look like the sample. Upon hearing this the company automatically sent me a new one. I didn’t ask for it they just sent me a new one right away, good customer service

Although the mugs are super, super cute, they are absolutely NOT 3D like the advertisement makes them out to be. I was very disappointed that it was just a flat photo on the mug. Edited to say that I did not read the entire description! I do absolutely recommend you get this cup!!!

I love,love,love my mug. The best part of it is the picture is on both sides of the mug, and being left handed, I rarely get to see what's on a mug while I'm drinking. This one I can, and since I couldn't take my Ringo with me when I moved, I'm extra happy I can see his picture. Thanks much!!!

I ordered 5 and 4 were great but mine was bad it has the eyes right but the cat looked like a lousy cartoon face. Its awful. I told them this and they said to send a Picture of the cup. They told me they will send out a new one and did! I Love it. I will be ordering more for gifts!
